The Without Limits Learning Story
Without Limits Learning turned 10 years old in 2024.
The journey began in 2014 when Without Limits Learning was founded to support children’s learning and development. However, the story started even earlier than that.
Hi, we are Joe and Leanne. In 2001, we had our first child. As young parents, we were determined to raise him as best as we could – despite our inexperience. Within the following five years, we then had three more children, intensifying the desire and need to develop positive parenting practices. Those times were busy, stressful, and challenging, yet completely satisfying and life changing. We wouldn’t trade those years for anything and some of this story can be found in our book Simply Love: Four Easy Strategies to Unlock Your Child’s Mind and Heart.
Recognising the importance of this developmental area inspired the creation of Without Limits Learning to help as many children as we could. This drive and passion to help parents and children has never waned. In 2016, we began to offer teacher training in assessing neuromotor readiness for learning (INPP). The aim was to support as great number of children as possible. The preschool and schools programme The Body Brain Blueprint is a fantastic way of reaching more children with the powerful benefits of movement in a more cost-effective way than one on one therapy.
Throughout this time Joe became qualified and registered as a social worker. Joe has spent over fifteen years working with youth 13 years and older, transitioning them to independence, and equipping them with the tools to find purpose, develop wellbeing, an individual plan and positive contribution.
After serving hundreds of children and young people, parents, teachers and professionals, we are excited to offer you a range of programmes and tools to help you fulfil your potential in the local or global community.

The Without Limits Learning Story
Without Limits Learning celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2024. The journey began in 2014 when I was awarded a postgraduate diploma in neurodevelopmental therapy from the Institute of Neurophysiological Psychology. However, the story started even earlier than that.
In 2001, we had our first child. As young parents, we were determined to raise him as best as we could – despite our inexperience. Within the following five years, we then had three more children, intensifying the desire and need to develop positive parenting practices. Those times were busy, stressful, and challenging, yet completely satisfying and life changing. We wouldn’t trade those years for anything and some of this story can be found in our book Simply Love: Four Easy Strategies to Unlock Your Child’s Mind and Heart.
This experience sparked an ongoing journey of learning about child development, parenting, teaching, and wellbeing. After a few years, I began training as an early childhood teacher and spent more than ten years in this field. Through our children and professional experience, I became interested in how parents and teachers can support children’s development, particularly the role of movement in brain functioning and overall success. This is what led me to train in neurodevelopmental therapy, specifically focusing on the inhibition of primitive reflexes in children.
Recognising the importance of this developmental area inspired me to found Without Limits Learning. The initial years involved much learning about business—how to start one, run it, and sustain it over time. However, the original drive and passion to help parents and children has never waned.
In 2016, I began learning how to train teachers to use movement in the classroom, aiming to support a greater number of children. I often saw that many of the children who needed these programmes could not access them due to limited funds. The preschool and schools programme Moves4LilMinds is a fantastic way of reaching more children with the powerful benefits of movement in a more cost-effective way than one on one therapy.
Throughout this time Joe also trained and registered as a social worker and spent over fifteen years working with youth 13 years and older, transitioning them to independence, and equipping them with the tools to find purpose, develop wellbeing, and positive contribution. This journey led Joe to do a post-graduate diploma in cross-cultural supervision so that he can support other professionals with their own wellbeing as they work to support the community. Joe now supports individuals and teams with supervision, runs team building workshops for professionals to maximise their synergy and has a passion to see people’s wellbeing thrive. He still actively helps youth through the Wellbeing4Youth Mentoring programme, equips parents, and has a heart to see men operate at their fullest potential.
Our main focus has never changed, from our personal lives to our company – Without Limits Learning, our career choices, and the volunteer work we have undertaken over the years. Our goal has always been to support children and youth, at any stage of their lives, and equip the people in their lives with skills, training, and wellbeing tools to lead to a path of success.
After serving thousands of children and young people, and supporting hundreds of parents, teachers and professionals, we are excited to add to the range of programmes and tools we offer to help you fulfil your potential in the local or global community.

Leanne Seniloli
Leanne Seniloli, has a proven track record of helping families and teachers with children’s learning, behaviour and coordination. She has used neuro developmental therapy to support hundreds of children individually, as well as in preschools and schools.
Leanne is the author of Simply L.O.V.E. Four easy Strategies to Unlock your Child’s Mind and Heart. The L.O.V.E. principles of Language, Outdoors, Vestibular stimulation (movement), and Exploration equip parents and teachers to extend children’s development holistically while supporting the parent child relationship. She is also the creator of the Body, Brain Blueprint an online training and support course for teachers working with children aged 4 – 9.
Leanne is passionate about empowering adults to be the best they can to support the children in their lives. Along with her husband, Leanne runs community workshops enhancing, educating and supporting parents, teachers, professionals, and the local community.
Leanne holds a M. Phil (Hons), B. Tch (ECE), NZCALNE, NZCATT, Dip. Leadership, Dip. Project Management, Dip. Ministry, Dip. Children’s Writing, Cert. Bi-lateral Integration Therapy, Cert. Joseph Seniloli
Joseph Seniloli is qualified and registered social worker passionate about music and making a positive difference in people’s lives. He holds a Diploma in Leadership, Diploma in music, Bachelor of Social Work Biculturalism in Practice, and a post-graduate Diploma in Cross-Cultural supervision. Joe has spent over 20 years in the field of social work, serving non-governmental organisations, governmental organisations and community organisations.
Since graduating in music (2001), Joe has continued playing drums and percussion with New Zealand artists both in New Zealand and overseas. He has played for bands such as Adeaze and 20/20 and has played for notable people such as Prince Harry the Duke of Sussex and Oprah Winfrey. Yet, some of Joe’s most fulfilling experiences have been community events that gather people, and support other’s growth.
Along with his wife, Joe runs community workshops enhancing family’s wellbeing and relationships. Some of these include the 6-week parent workshop for Simply L.O.V.E, the 2-hour workshop The Secret to Learning, and How to make a Ei Katu (Cook Island flower headdress).
Joe’s vast musical experience, community involvement and qualifications give him a unique perspective when delivering supervision, workshops and team building activities. His holistic approach utilises music and supervision to brings teams together, facilitate shared goals and create positive relationships for strong working environments. His passion is to enhance people’s personal wellbeing for success in life.

Our son was diagnosed with High Functioning Autism and (inattentive) ADHD at the age of 9. It explained many things that had puzzled me about his development that the GP, teachers, Speech Therapist and others had not picked up on or taken seriously. As he was increasingly struggling at school, the Paediatrician wanted to put him on Ritalin which I had mixed feelings about. I heard about Without Limits Learning and wanted to see if completing this Moves4Me programme could lift him out of requiring Ritalin by training his brain and body. The results have been startling and after a year of dedicated commitment to the exercises as guided by Leanne, his reassessment with the Paediatrician resulted in him no longer meeting the requirement or recommendation for Ritalin as his attention and behaviour at school had improved significantly. How amazing to be able to give someone the ability to not rely on drugs to cope. His school report at end of year 7 had him passing every subject for the first time. I absolutely credit Leanne's program with vastly improving his concentration and co-ordination and recommend any kid who is having issues related to being on the spectrum to participate in this Moves4Me programme. Leanne is so good with him, and I feel very lucky and glad to have discovered the Moves4Me programme. We have been so impressed with the results, we have decided to continue with the next stage, which is an Advanced Moves4Me programme to continue to enhance his development. When I started reading Simply L.O.V.E I could not put it down. What I appreciated was how honest Leanne and her husband Joe were in the book about their own struggles parenting which made it relatable. It’s about sharing knowledge and tools and gave me sound ideas to move forward with raising my son. It’s a book to keep forever and refer to whenever you feel the need. My 16-year-old son Kav has been working with Leanne as he has dyslexia and many of his reflexes were needing work. Kavish talks of feeling differences and benefits from the exercises he has had to do. It can be challenging getting him to follow the routine, but Leanne has a great way with encouraging and supporting his efforts. Leanne is awesome at explaining through what she is doing and there is so much backing her techniques that I wish all schools would implement the program as a basis for Foundations for learning!!! I am a new entrance teacher and I am making a difference in my class with the help of Leanne. I am so happy I attended the one-day course last year. This was the best decision I made in 2018. Now this programme is a part of my planning and my students are loving it. I can see lots of positives regarding their formal learning as well as behaviour. I wish all the teachers in year one were trained and this programme become an integral part of our teaching in New Zealand.
Where do I start?! After following through with some self-directed studies, I couldn't find any institute, programme or association which would help me to support my Year 5/6 students who just weren't quite 'hitting the mark'. They were students who had been diagnosed with a number of learning difficulties (Dyslexia, ADHD, Auditory Processing etc) but I had hoped that there would be something for them that could re-mediate any difficulties (fine/gross motor, behavior, processing, spelling, reading, instructions following) they had, rather than just settle for a label. Leanne from Without Limits Learning lead our staff, New Entrant to Year 8 teachers, through Assessing Neuromotor Readiness for Learning. We have all been mind-blown at the programme and how it is already making sense to the needs of ALL students.
